As part of the verification process, applicants may submit their certificates directly to RMI by following the steps below.
To proceed with verification, you must choose one or both of our verification services based on your needs. Prior to continuing, it is important to read and accept our terms.
Please provide us with your basic contact details, including your name, email address, and current address. You can make payments using our secure online payment system, which accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.
Once payment is processed, an RMI email will promptly arrive in your inbox with links to submit essential details and initiate the verification process. Crucial instructions will be included to ensure a seamless experience.
Upon receipt of your submission details, RMI will send you a confirmation. The verification process takes an average of 15 business days, with the exception of education checks based in India and China.

Use the MOM self-assessment tool and click “Educational Qualifications”. If the awarding institution on your certificate is not in the drop-down list, you need to apply the accreditation status of educational institutional services.
The standard timeframe is 15 business days from receipt of payment and all required documentation. India and China based education checks are not included within the 15-day turnaround time. Please note that in some instances, it will not be possible to complete the verification within the stipulated timeframe due to government closures of educational institutions as a result of Covid 19 restrictions, public holidays, or staff absences at educational institutions.

You will be required to sign an electronic Letter of Authorisation (LOA). The Letter of Authorisation is a mandatory document that provides permission for RMI to conduct the verification process and to allow the relevant institutions to provide your student information to RMI.
Our Letter of Authorisation is electronically signed but there are still a number of educational institutions that will require a wet signature. If this is the case for your educational institution, our MOM Screening Manager will email you our Letter of Authorisation which you will be required to print, sign and return via email.
